BeWELL, in partnership with the Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing, is offering health professional students the opportunity to work with a health coach for FREE, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
What is a Health Coach?
Optimal health and wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all; it is very unique to each individual. Integrative Health Coaching uses a holistic lens to consider the mind, body, spirit, emotions, relationships, community and environment. The role of a health coach is to partner with, support and empower you as you use your inner wisdom to navigate growth and transition for your improved wellbeing.
Meet Isabel: Our Health Coaching Intern @ BeWELL
Isabel believes that all people deserve wellbeing– a state of being comfortable, happy, and healthy. She has a variety of experience in coaching; as a trainer of aspiring yoga teachers, a track coach for high school athletes, and now as a health coach, supporting people interested in accessing greater wellbeing. She is in her second year of the Masters of Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching program and plans to graduate in December of 2023.
As a student in a health profession, you see the importance of health and how it impacts others on a daily basis. While learning to take care of others, it is important to also take time for yourself to address any of your own barriers to wellbeing. If that is something you want more support with, reach out to her at [email protected] to learn more about her health coaching services.
