Take a break from studying and join us for any or all of BeWELL's yoga sessions. 

We offer a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on breathing and meditation. Registration is required, but no previous yoga experience is necessary! Feel free to join us in-person in the Wellbeing Studio, or virtually from wherever you are most comfortable.
