IP Running Group

Group of students running in the fall

Join health professional students every Tuesday this year to build an interprofessional community while running! 

There is a strong link between running and wellbeing, as it is thought to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety while boosting overall physical health and creativity. 

Typical group pace range: 9:30 - 11:00 min/mile. All running abilities are welcome and encouraged to join!
