IP Running Group Series

Join health professional students every Tuesday this year to build an interprofessional community while running! 

There is a strong link between running and wellbeing, as it is thought to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety while boosting overall physical health and creativity. 

All running abilities are welcome and encouraged to join! 

IP Runs will pause over winter break, and resume on Jan 21.
